This website is operated by the Gracie Foundation Jiu-Jitsu Network ("we", "us"), a trading name of Old Skool Games Ltd, the company behind Watford Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Academies
The academies listed on this site are independently run. Class memberships, trials, private lessons and merchandise are contracts between you and the academy you train at, on that academy's own terms. The network sets curriculum, grading and instructor standards; it does not take membership payments.
3. Video library
Purchases from the online video library are subject to the video library terms. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including videos, images, text, the curriculum, the Gracie Foundation name and logo, is the property of Old Skool Games Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without prior written permission.
6. Instructor certification and affiliation
Enquiries about opening an academy are just that: enquiries. Affiliation is granted at our discretion after the Instructor Certification Programme and a separate written agreement. Fees for the programme are as published on the join the network page at the time of application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Martial arts training carries a risk of injury; train only under a certified instructor.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
