Licence
The videos in the Gracie Foundation video library are the copyright of Watford Gracie Jiu-Jitsu / Old Skool Games Ltd. Buying a course, or being given access as a member of a network academy, grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the videos for private and domestic use only.
Any other use of the whole or any part of the material, including copying, recording, adapting, issuing copies, renting, lending, public performance, broadcasting, screen-sharing to a class, uploading to the internet or otherwise making the material available online, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Your account
- Your login is for you alone. Sharing an account, or a course being watched from an unreasonable number of devices or locations, may result in access being withdrawn without refund.
- Access bought as a course is for the lifetime of the library. Access granted through an academy membership lasts as long as the membership.
- We may add, re-film, re-order or retire lessons over time to keep the curriculum current.
Payments and refunds
Course purchases are made through Stripe in pounds sterling. Because the content is delivered digitally and available immediately, purchases are not refundable once a lesson has been watched, except where required by law. If you buy a course by mistake and have not watched anything, contact us within 14 days.
Safety
All users who view or follow the instruction in these videos do so at their own risk. The techniques shown are potentially dangerous and should only be practised under the supervision of a certified instructor. The Gracie Foundation Jiu-Jitsu Network, Watford Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and their instructors accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage that may result from the use or misuse of the techniques demonstrated.
Belts
Watching the videos does not lead to a belt. Belts are only awarded in person by a certified instructor. See the belt system.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
